Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Administrative Assistant at APCO AIRCON in New Delhi. The Executive Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing executive support, managing expense reports, handling diary management tasks, and offering general administrative assistance to support the day-to-day operations of the organization.

Communication

Executive assistants communicate with a variety of people, including staff, clients, supervisors, and CEOs. They need to be able to communicate well both verbally and in writing.

Organization

Executive assistants need to be organized to ensure they complete all their tasks on time. They often manage schedules, to-do lists, and tasks like scheduling meetings, sending memos and screening phone calls and emails, WhatsApp application.

Technology skills

Executive assistants need to be proficient with a variety of computer software packages, including Microsoft Office, Google software, and social networking sites. They also need to be able to navigate complex office software, digital tools, and communication platforms.

Problem-solving

Executive assistants may help their supervisors solve problems within the organization.

Critical thinking

Executive assistants may need to develop creative solutions, make last-minute decisions, or evaluate and develop strategies for completing tasks.

Interpersonal skills

Executive assistants need to be able to build meaningful professional relationships with staff and clients.

Proactivity

Executive assistants need to be proactive, resourceful, and innovative. They need to be able to make decisions independently and help executives stay focused on their workload.

Data analysis and reporting

Executive assistants need to be able to manage databases, use reporting tools, and summarize data for easier perusal.
