  1. Daily monitoring the activity of warehouse that include dispensing ,practice in warehouse, non-moving RM/PM inventory.
  2. Warehouse system to be improved with respect to accountability and compliances.
  3. Daily monitoring of production plan vs actual for the site and also ensure to deliver 100% demand.
  4. Ensure there should be no product shortages in the market.
  5. Monitoring of yield and its improvement plan
  6. Closely working with corporate outsourcing team to full fill demand and supply.
  7. Handling of market complaints and its action plan
  8. Compliant received from CWH review and action to be taken
  9. Ensure proper utilization of plant with respect to productivity and manpower utilization.
  10. Compliance of the plants in all respect 24X7
  11. Ensure PIC’s / EU approval for Liquid Jammu facility and its compliance.
  12. Involvement in technology transfer activity
  13. Shelf life evaluation and extension
  14. Review of MFR and evaluation for feasibility
  15. Involvement in trouble shooting on shop floor to improve productivity
  16. Active participation in audits & ensure plant should be in compliance 24X7
  17. Ensure Good Manufacturing practices on shop floor.
  18. Harmonization of what is written in BMR vs actual practices
  19. To monitor packaging activity and do the improvement with respect to output.
  20. Maintain good engineering practices.
  21. Monitoring and ensure equipment maintenance at site.
  22. Budget evaluation of site
  23. Evaluation of capex requirement at site
  24. Tracking and monitoring of different projects at site.
  25. Equipment modification /area modification with respect to compliance .
  26. Monitoring of RM/PM and non - moving inventory
  27. Tracking of production activity
  28. Tracking of RM/PM with the help of SCM
  29. Arranging meeting with plant /PPIC /QC every 15 days
  30. Coordination with HO /purchase/PD /R&D/RA to make new product launch.


Educational Qualification:- B. Pharm, M. Pharm.

Area of Expertise- Tablet, Liquid & Injectable.
