Job Title: HRBP and Talent Acquisition Specialist | Location: Pune

Role Overview: As a Senior HR Operations Professional, you will play a crucial role in managing HR functions across store operations. You will be responsible for talent management, people development, and HR administration, ensuring a seamless HR experience while fostering a culture of learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities:Talent Management

  • Oversee end to end hiring processes for Customer Care Associates (CCA), Team Leaders, and Store Managers to build strong, customer-centric teams.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances, ensuring fair and prompt resolution.
  • Ensuring all exit formalities are carried out in a proper and timely manner, exit interviews are conducted and the same is aligned with the HRMS system.
  • Design and implement a career progression framework for store operations teams, fostering internal growth and career development.
  • Planning and executing employee engagement activities across stores within the given budget on a monthly basis.

People Development

  • Design and conduct regular induction and training programs for store associates to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Identify and manage Internal Job Postings (IJP) to provide growth opportunities within the organization.
  • Maintain an updated employee database for all store operations teams, ensuring accurate and organized records.

HR Administration

  • Manage vendor relationships for housekeeping and security services, ensuring seamless store operations.
  • Provide HR support for mall fairs, exhibitions, and external events to enhance employee engagement and brand presence.
  • Oversee invoice management and ensure timely processing of HR-related payments.

Key Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in HR operations, preferably in retail, bookstores, lifestyle, or specialty retail.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with a proven track record of team development.
  • Experience in talent management, training, and performance enhancement.
  • Ability to handle grievance redressal, vendor management, and HR administration.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for employee engagement and development.
