We are seeking a highly experienced Google Ads Strategist & Lead Generation Expert with a proven track record of delivering a minimum of 5X Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in strategizing and implementing successful Google Ads campaigns for a digital agency in the USA. This is an opportunity to work with a results-driven team, focusing on driving growth and maximizing ROI for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage advanced Google Ads strategies focused on lead generation and maximizing ROAS.
Perform in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform campaign decisions.
Create compelling ad copy and landing pages that align with client goals and drive conversions.
Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure performance improvements, cost-efficiency, and target achievement.
Utilize data analytics tools to measure campaign performance and provide actionable insights for ongoing improvement.
Work collaboratively with the creative and account management teams to align Google Ads strategies with overall marketing goals.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, Google Ads updates, and best practices to keep campaigns ahead of the curve.
Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal spend across campaigns and clients while meeting KPIs.
Report campaign performance to stakeholders with clear metrics and improvement recommendations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Google Ads strategy and implementation, specifically within a digital agency setting in the USA.
Demonstrated success in achieving a minimum of 5X ROAS across multiple client campaigns.
Strong expertise in lead generation through PPC, including search, display, video, and retargeting campaigns.
Deep understanding of Google Ads tools, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
Proficiency in data analysis and ability to interpret complex reports to drive strategic decisions.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present performance reports to clients.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Google Ads Certification is preferred but not required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with various industries and understanding of how to tailor strategies for different market verticals.
Strong problem-solving skills and an innovative approach to campaign optimization.
Hands-on experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
