The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done.

What you'll do:

As the People Services Coordinator you will be a part of the Shared Service Team and support HR administrative tasks across the noon countries

  • Prepare Employment Contracts, Letters for all noon countries
  • Ensure that all the employees requests on HR helpdesk - limited to bank letters, official letters, NOCs, status change letters, payslips etc. are addressed properly and timely.
  • Update employee data on HRMS
  • Update employee data on efiles
  • Maintain trackers and dashboard to provide updates for the People Lead & business.
  • Provide administrative & data support when required.
  • Follow the department's SOPs to ensure KPIs & SLAs are met.


What you’ll need:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Shared Service role
  • Experience in managing a volume-based role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong bias for action
  • Ability to be resourceful and manage multiple priorities
  • Attention to detail and quality
