Position Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Specialists to expand our presence in the Delhi/NCR region. This is a performance-based opportunity where you will be responsible for onboarding real estate agents and property owners onto our platform and promoting our Premium Plans.
Your earnings are directly linked to your performance – for every successful premium plan subscription by agents or property owners, you will earn 10% commission on the respective premium price.
Additionally, based on your performance within 2-3 months, you will have the opportunity for permanent employment with a CTC of up to ₹15 Lakhs per annum, along with a performance bonus. Exceptional performers may also be considered for promotion to a CXO-level position within 1-2 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential real estate agents and property owners in the Delhi/NCR region.
- Onboard agents and property owners to the 360Property platform, ensuring they understand the benefits of our services.
- Educate clients about our Premium Plans and their added value for increased visibility and success.
- Drive premium plan subscriptions by effectively communicating the advantages and ROI for clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with onboarded agents and property owners to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Track and report your performance, including onboarding metrics and subscription sales.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar field (experience in real estate is a plus).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with the real estate market in Delhi/NCR is an advantage.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Basic understanding of online platforms and digital tools.
