Brief Summary:

As the SEO Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our clients' digital strategies to enhance their online visibility, drive organic traffic, and boost conversions. You will spearhead the development and implementation of comprehensive SEO initiatives, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong grasp of SEO fundamentals, exceptional analytical abilities, and a proven track record of elevating search engine rankings and website performance. Key to success in this role is strong Digital Performance Marketing skills.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the SEO roadmap, identifying growth opportunities and prioritizing initiatives in collaboration with product development and other relevant teams.
  • Drive organic search traffic through meticulous site audits, keyword research, content optimization, and competitor analysis.
  • Developing, executing and analyzing SEO campaigns for various brands, delivering technical, content or link acquisition campaigns and strategies to consolidate and increase their search market share.
  • Work collaboratively with the content development team to create SEO-driven content aimed at increasing organic traffic.
  • Utilize core performance marketing platforms and SEO analytics tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Moz, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Firebase, Tableau & Google Data Studio) to monitor and optimize SEO performance.
  • Leverage Google Analytics and Google Looker for comprehensive data analysis and insights generation.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and analytics reports to track key SEO metrics, performance trends, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay abreast Collaborate with marketing, PR, design, and other departments to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaign execution. of SEO, ASO, YouTube, and internet marketing industry trends, while maintaining an in-depth understanding of Google algorithms.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Core Web Vitals, page loading speed optimization, and troubleshooting various technical SEO issues.


Preferred skills and Experience:

  • Knowledge of Social Platforms: Deep understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and their best practices.
  • Strong writing, editing, and graphic design skills; proficiency with content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as lead a team effectively.
