We are seeking a Chartered Accountant to join our finance team and play a critical role in managing financial operations, compliance, and strategic planning to support our growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure financial health and profitability.
  • Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior management based on financial data and market trends.
  • Analyze financial performance, cash flow, and cost control to optimize business operations.

Accounting & Compliance

  • Ensure accurate financial records and reporting in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Income Tax laws, and GST regulations.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, P&L accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliances.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors for financial audits and ensure compliance with company policies.

Taxation & Regulatory Compliance

  • Manage direct and indirect taxation, including corporate tax planning and compliance.
  • Handle GST reconciliation, TDS calculations, advance tax, and other tax-related obligations.
  • Liaise with tax authorities, consultants, and regulatory bodies for audits, assessments, and tax filings.

Financial Risk Management

  • Monitor and assess financial risks related to investments, expenditures, and cash flow.
  • Implement internal controls to mitigate risks and prevent financial discrepancies or fraud.
  • Ensure adherence to financial policies and regulatory standards.

Payroll & Vendor Management

  • Oversee payroll processing, employee compensation structures, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor payments to ensure smooth financial transactions.
  • Reconcile bank statements, invoices, and vendor accounts for accuracy and efficiency.

Business Expansion & Investment Planning

  • Conduct feasibility studies, financial modeling, and ROI analysis for new gym expansions and technology upgrades.
  • Provide financial inputs for business development, franchise partnerships, and investment opportunities.
  • Assist in fund-raising, capital budgeting, and investor relations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with a minimum of 3-6 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and financial management.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, auditing, and risk management.
  • Experience in ERP systems, accounting software (Tally, SAP, Zoho, QuickBooks, etc.), and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in the fitness, wellness, or technology industry is a plus.
