  1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical designs and solutions.
  2. Develop protypes based on business stakeholder requirements.
  3. Design and implement scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions that meet business needs while adhering to best practices and architectural principles.
  4. Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  5. Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to developers to ensure the quality and efficiency of Salesforce customizations and integrations.
  6. Evaluate and recommend third-party applications and tools to enhance the Salesforce platform.
  7. Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to Salesforce implementations, including performance, security, and scalability.
  8. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies, features, and best practices, and evaluate their applicability to our organization.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert in Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, and customization options, and provide guidance to business stakeholders and technical teams.


Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Experience with Salesforce.com platform with minimum 3+ years in an Architect role with hands on development knowledge of Platform App Builder, Sales & Service Clouds, custom development, batch and real-time integrations.
  3. Salesforce certifications, such as Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Salesforce Certified Application Architect, are highly desirable.
  4. Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including data modeling, security models, and integration patterns.
  5. Proven experience designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, including customizations, integrations, and migrations.
  6. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce development tools.
  7. Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and tools.
  8. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
  9. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  10. Ability to lead and mentor development teams, providing technical guidance and promoting best practices.
