We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Development Manager with international market experience to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. In this specialized role, you will focus on driving business growth by leveraging Salesforce solutions across global markets. You must be open to working in shifts or specific time zones as required to serve our international clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy focused on Salesforce products and services for international clients.
- Develop and lead your team.
- Identify and evaluate potential clients in global markets especially in the USA, Australia and Middle East who could benefit from Salesforce solutions.
- Conduct in-depth client needs analysis to tailor Salesforce solutions to their specific requirements.
- Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term success.
- Monitor global Salesforce industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the market.
- Provide regular updates and reports on Salesforce business development efforts to senior management.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in business development or a related role, with a focus on international markets.
- Understanding of Salesforce products, services, and ecosystem in a global context.
- Proven track record of successfully selling Salesforce solutions and driving revenue growth internationally.
- Excellent English verbal and writing skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and related tools.
- Willingness to work in shifts or specific time zones to accommodate international clients.
