About the role:

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Pega Consultant (LSA) for positions in Bangalore and Hyderabad. If you have a proven track record of over 7 years in building and designing Pega applications, with at least 3 years dedicated to working as a practicing LSA across multiple accounts, we want to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop Pega BPM applications that meet business requirements and technical specifications.

Utilize in-depth knowledge of Pega rules and features, including Flows, Activities, User Interface, Agents, and Service Level Agreements (SLA), among others.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring best practices and standards are adhered to.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical solutions.

Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality and performance of Pega applications.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Pega applications.

Mentor and support junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.


Key Requirements:

Minimum of 7 years of experience in building and designing Pega applications.

At least 3 years of experience as a practicing Lead System Architect (LSA) for multiple accounts.

Expertise in designing and developing Pega BPM applications.

Proficiency with Pega rules and features, such as Flows, Activities, User Interface, Agents, and SLA.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pega certifications (CSA, CSSA, LSA) are highly desirable.
