Overview

As a Flutter Junior Developer, you will be a key member of our development team, contributing to the design and implementation of our mobile applications using Flutter. This role is perfect for an individual who has a solid foundation in Flutter development and is looking to expand their skills and expertise in a supportive and challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop high-quality, efficient, and reusable code for mobile applications using the Flutter framework.
  2. Collaborate with the design team to transform UI/UX designs into functional mobile applications.
  3. Work closely with senior developers to implement new features and fix bugs.
  4. Participate in code reviews, contributing to the maintenance of code quality and standards.
  5. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest Flutter development trends and best practices.

Qualifications

  1. 0-2 years of experience in mobile application development.
  2. Relevant Flutter experience should be at least 1+ years.
  3. Strong understanding of Flutter widgets and state management principles.
  4. Knowledge of RESTful API integration and handling JSON data.
  5. Familiarity with code versioning tools, such as Git.
  6. Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
  7. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  8. Strong understanding of the state management patterns like BLOC, GetX etc.
  9. Good and solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL database concepts.
  10. Good problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  11. Should be self-driven and motivated to work in a challenging/demanding environment.
  12. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends in mobile technologies.

Preferred Skills

  1. Experience with other mobile development frameworks (e.g., React Native, Swift, Kotlin) is a plus.
  2. Familiarity with Firebase especially Firebase Realtime Database.
  3. Experienced in reactive programming techniques (RxDart, RxJava or RxKotlin).
  4. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  5. Understanding of continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) in mobile app development.
  6. Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and attend and understand client calls.
  7. Contributions to Open-Source projects are nice to have.
