Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform Developer


Your Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and customise Dynamics CRM solutions based on business requirements.
  • Candidate should be able to design, develop, customise, test and deliver solutions built on Dynamics 365 CRM suite of applications and Power Platform based on business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Configure CRM forms, views, workflows, and dashboards to support business processes.
  • Develop and implement custom plugins, workflows, and integration solutions.
  • Perform data migration and integration tasks.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics CRM applications.
  • Participate in code reviews and quality assurance activities.
  • Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Candidate should be able to configure and customise the platform, design and optimise business process flows, along with integration and data migration where required.
  • Candidate should be able to document user journeys, requirements, technical design, overall solution, test cases and other project deliverables.
  • Candidate should be able to collaborate with team members in developing applicable methodologies, tools, and approaches.
  • Having the capability to work collaboratively with other teams, such as other functional and technical teams, to ensure that the solution is delivered on time and of high quality and that the customers are satisfied with the outcome.
  • Candidates must understand the latest Microsoft developments and releases in Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE and be able to provide guidance on how to leverage these features and functionality.


Skills and Attributes

  • Experience on Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE solutions: Power Apps, Power Pages, Dynamics CE Apps, SQL Server, Azure Services, and .NET Framework.
  • Understanding and working experience on all Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Apps. Strong understanding of Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, including its architecture, functionality, and customisation capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and map them to Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE functionality.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams, stakeholders, and potential customers.
  • High-quality and proactive mindset, delivering on time.  


To qualify for the role, you must have

  • A bachelor's degree or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in implementing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
  • Proven experience developing customer Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM architecture, customisation, and development.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with CRM SDK, RESTful APIs, and web services.
  • Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Power Automate workflow automation and Canvas apps.
  • Ability to collaborate with clients globally to understand business requirements and perform Dynamics CRM configurations and customisations.
  • Experience with integrating Power Apps and Dynamics CRM with other business applications.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications (e.g., MB-200, MB-400) are a plus.
