Title - Senior Program Specialist, Oracle University


Position Overview: Oracle University is the Education arm of Oracle. The main objective of this business is to provide training to Customers, Partners, and Employees on various Oracle technologies.


Oracle University's Special Initiatives team is responsible for setting up various Programs for promoting specific set of training areas. We are looking at a person who has the ability to understand the requirement and help with the complete setup of the Program and also be responsible to perform the health check of the program.


Work You’ll Do: As a Program Specialist, you will have a critical role in complete program management of Special Promotions. Some of the main responsibilities will be:


· Manage the setup and access details for Oracle University promotions

· Work with the Web team to create a new page for each promotion

· Collaborate with the content setup team to have the right curriculum setup

· Test the end to end user experience

· Create collateral to provide instructions to end users about the registration process

· Generate reports and metrics for special programs

· Communicate with all Stakeholders to ensure the setup is accurate


Skill Set needed

  • Capable of understanding various aspects of business and link the different parts
  • Should pay a lot of attention to details as the Program setup will have an impact on large number of customers
  • Ability to work with various teams independently
  • Create reports and analyze the data
  • 4 years of relevant experience
