About Us:

We are a dynamic and innovative new-age jewelry startup based out of Bangalore, specializing in natural diamonds, gems & crystals we will be also have offerings in gold & silver categories. Our focus is on creating exclusive, high-quality jewelry with unique designs, launched in smaller capsules to drive exclusivity amongst the Gen Zs & young millennials. We aim to disrupt the market with a vertically integrated offering with design being the MOAT targeting the aspirational youth of Metro & Tier 1 cities. This would be a light luxury brand which acts a bridge to luxury for those who can't necessarily afford very expensive jewellery.


Job Overview:

As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our brand strategy, ensuring a strong and consistent brand presence across all channels. You will play a pivotal role in driving brand growth, customer engagement, and executing launch plans across geographies. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for the luxury jewelry industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with company goals and objectives.

2. Manage and oversee the creation of marketing materials, campaigns, and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and ensure customer experience is amazing.

3. Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure the brand's visual and verbal identity is consistent across all platforms.

4. Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet KPIs and drive growth.

5. Manage relationships with external partners, including our retainer agencies.

6. Plan and execute product launches & store launches ensuring maximum impact and engagement.

7. Oversee the development and implementation of branding guidelines to maintain consistency across all touchpoints.

8. Coordinate with sales teams to align brand initiatives with sales objectives and ensure cohesive messaging.

9. Monitor industry trends and competitors, identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation.


Qualifications:

  1. Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  2. 2+ years of experience in brand management, preferably within the luxury or jewelry industry.
  3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and campaigns.
  4. Strong understanding of market research, consumer insights, and digital marketing.
  5. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
  7. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  8. Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including social media platforms and analytics.
