Center Manager

This role comprises 80% Sales and 20% Operations

*Roles and Responsibilities-

LEAD GENERATION VIA MARKETING

Generating Fresh Leads through:

- Offline/Outdoor Marketing (BTL activities, Event marketing, Conducting Seminars in School, Colleges etc)

- Online marketing- Social Media Management.

- Organizing various promotional activities to ensure business visibility.

LEAD CONVERSION & SALES TARGET

Compulsory achievement of Sales Targets to ensure business growth and development through:

- Counselling the leads regarding various courses in the VLCC education curriculum to generate admissions.

- Counselling through Tele-calling.

- Counselling the walk-ins.

- Lead follow-up and optimum conversion.

- Handling online and offline enquiries of students and converting them.

INSTITUTE MANAGEMENT & DAILY TASKS

Ensure smooth functioning through:

- Team Management, Coordination and Motivation.

- Ensuring company's Standards of Operation and monthly Product Audits.

- Ensuring maximum student satisfaction to promote referrals and upgradations.

- Daily and regular class inspections.

- Ensuring zero product wastage and proper functioning by faculties.

- Daily team meetings and subsequent follow ups.

- Daily reporting to business partner regarding sales and operations.

- Maintaining Institute Cleanliness and Discipline.

*Desired Candidate Profile

- Relevant Sales Experience.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Excellent convincing power.

- Candidate must be humble, passionate and enthusiastic for work.

- Good computer skills.

*Salary Bracket

Salary solely depends on the work experience of the candidate.

The range is 4 LPA - 6 LPA.
