Preferably person looking after dispatch of pipes, or any value added steel product like tmt , billet etc .

DI-Pipes dispatch AGM job description

1. Dispatch Planning

Planning and coordinating with OMC the dispatch of DI pipes to customers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

2. Order Management

Manage and track customer orders as per truck requirement planning, ensuring accurate and complete fulfillment.

3. Logistics Coordination

Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure proper transportation and loading of pipes.

4. Quality Control

Ensure DI pipes meet quality standards before dispatch, conducting inspections and tests as needed.

5. Inventory Management

In DI pipes involves controlling and optimizing the storage, tracking and delivery of DI pipes to meet customer demands while minimizing costs.

6. Team Supervision

Supervise and guide a team of dispatch personnel, providing training and support needed

7. Performance Monitoring

Monitor and report on dispatch performance metrics, identifying areas for improvements.

8. Safety Compliance

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

9. Yard management

Effective yard management ensures efficient use of space, minimizes damage to pipes, and optimizes workflow.

10. Customer services

Communicating with the customers and resolving the queries rises by them in time.
