ABOUT THE ROLE

Role Designation: Deputy Manager- Accounts Payable

Department: Finance & Accounts

Reports to: AGM Finance

Location: Paradip

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Processing of Vendor Invoices duly in compliance with Contract Conditions, SOPs & guidelines
• Vendor Accounting in SAP i.e. MIRO, GL reconciliation, GR/IR clearing, Vendor Advance accounting and clearing, Outstanding Reporting, and Aging reporting.
• Assisting in monthly/quarterly/annual book closure
• GST Compliances wrt to Vendor.
• TDS Returns & Payment.
• Providing information on Accounts Payable to Internal/External Auditors.
• MSME Vendor Compliances.

Education:

• BCOM/MCOM ( CA/CWA Inter preferred)

Experience:

• 6 years

Area of Experience:

• Account Payable

Knowledge / Skills and Competencies:

• Account Payable ( Working on Project is preferred)
• SAP knowledge is a must. Must have worked under FICCO ( knowledge of other SAP Modules is preferred)
• knowledge of GST is desirable
• Good knowledge of English and Hindi languages
• Delivering results and meeting customer expectations
