Job Title: Full Stack Developer


Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong background in MERN stack development, with a specific focus on Next.js and TypeScript. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development, along with at least 1 year of experience in both Next.js and TypeScript. The candidate must be well-versed in both front-end and back-end technologies, demonstrating the ability to work on complex projects and deliver high-quality solutions and be available for 6 days a week.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain robust and scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
  2. Implement front-end solutions using Next.js and TypeScript to enhance the user experience and ensure efficient performance.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and other developers, to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  4. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices and coding standards.
  5. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  6. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, continuously enhancing skills and knowledge.
  8. Good understanding of databases, with a preference for experience in MySQL/PostgreSQL.
  9. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.


Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in MERN stack development.
  3. Minimum of 1 year of experience in Next.js and TypeScript.
  4. Familiarity with database systems, preferably MySQL or PostgreSQL.
  5. Strong proficiency in TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
  6. Solid understanding of front-end technologies and frameworks such as React.js.
  7. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
  8. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
