HCLTech Walk in Interview - Card Disputes and Chargebacks on 6th June 2024


Total Experience - 1 to 6 yrs of hands-on relevant experience is mandatory.


Joining Time: Only require candidates who can join within 30 days.


Roles : Analyst, Associate (Relevant experience is mandatory)


Key Skills:


Card Disputes, Chargebacks & Credit Fraud


Responsibilities


  • Research Credit/Debit card disputes and build dispute cases to recover funds for merchants (Visa/MasterCard/Amex etc.)
  • Validate appropriate data from internal and third party systems and ensure appropriate course of action is being pursued.
  • Ensure accurate and appropriate responses to disputes during the lifecycle of dispute.
  • Ensure accurate accounting and reconciliation of Suspense Accounts and Scheme GL Accounts
  • Monitor disputed transactions for possible fraudulent activity.
  • Serve clients by resolving product and service problems.
  • ACH and Other Transaction type and Dispute process awareness


Qualifications


  • Graduation is mandatory.
  • Strong computer skills required
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience in disputes or in the payments industry is mandatory
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven
  • Analyze information, think through difficult problems, and make critical decisions based on limited information.


Minimum Requirements:


  • Graduation is Mandatory – Need to have all documentation.
  • Work from Office.
  • Flexible to work with US Rotational Shifts
  • Need to be flexible to travel during training.
  • Candidate should have experience in charge back and card disputes.


Note: Candidates from Customer care, Phone banking, KYC, Branch banking & Google wallets will not be suitable for this role.
