Qualification:

  • Minimum: B.E or B. Tech in E&I discipline only.
  • Minimum of 4 years of Industry experience.


Required Skills:

  • AutoCAD
  • Should have Basic Knowledge of Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, Electronic Components.
  • Read and understand P&ID and Familiar with basic P&ID Symbols.
  • Knowledge on Explosion proof / ATEX requirements will be an added advantage.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • To work as a Design Engineer and reporting to a Team Lead/Technical Manager
  • Ensure final designs comply with given specifications, regulations and quality standards
  • Preparation of 2D, Detailed Drawings
  • Creation of P&ID Drawing, Wiring, Termination and other drawings
  • Assist and coordinate with designers and engineers.
  • Design documentation required for the project based on information from Local and UAE offices.
  • Preparation of Panel Drawings, Load Calculation, Data Sheets, Instrument data sheets.
  • Creating accurate CAD drawings/documents from hand sketches, verbal instructions, and site visits.
  • Seamlessly integrating and working with Team Lead, Project Engineers and clients, to produce and alter drawings.
  • Creating and continually updating project drawings lists.
  • Printing various formats of drawing sets for projects.
  • Systematically saving drawings/Documents on our server; keeping the server organized;
  • Updating project folders and files as project progress and revisions are made.
  • Exhaustively reviewing and checking drawings/documents for errors, before being sent to team Lead.
  • Seeking clarity and understanding from engineers and project managers when you are not 100% certain of something.
  • Organizing and uploading drawings to web-based storage sites/collaboration project sites to share drawings with projects.
  • Create, edit, and update standard details for use in projects.
