Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and processes to ensure product excellence.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to enforce standards, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality assurance measures throughout the production lifecycle.
  • Train and mentor QA team members, providing technical leadership and guidance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring all products comply with relevant laws and best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement in quality processes and systems.
  • Manage quality assurance documentation, ensuring all QA records are accurately maintained for compliance and auditing purposes.


Qualifications:

  • Strong foundational knowledge and experience in quality assurance principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing quality processes and conducting audits and inspections.
  • Deep understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills to address quality-related issues effectively.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to achieving high accuracy in all QA activities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across various teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and data management tools.
  • Experience in the technology or data science sectors is highly advantageous.
