Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Analyse customers and competitors.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and achieve marketing goals.
  • Set, monitor and report on team goals
  • Lead the marketing team to create edits and optimize all marketing strategies.
  • Track, measure and report on the outcomes of marketing initiatives.
  • Lead the development of companywide social media management standards, policies and rules of engagement.
  • Identify and reach target audience through various platforms (e.g. web, Email, social media) given minimal information from Organization.
  • Develop strategic and tactical digital marketing plans to support priorities of our services.
  • Responsible for periodic research, trends and competitive of services of organization.
  • Identify, evaluate and recommend marketing opportunities to meet product line objectives.
  • Lead the development of social media presence.
  • Providing the management with detailed and reliable report about the progress and details for planning and other analysis.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any degree related to Marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience running successful marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Ad words.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals.
  • Analytical mind.
