Purpose:

Plan & manage funds, review capital structure, improve efficiencies of cash flows, source best possible credit terms, ensure financial health & adherence to all legal & statutory compliances.


Responsibilities:

• Develop the overall business projections & undertake financial planning accordingly.

• Advice on all strategic initiatives including new investments, new markets, etc.

• Review business plan, set clear objectives & milestones and review progress on the same

• Determine the financial investment plan for the company that will maximize returns and identify appropriate fund raising strategies and financial instruments for the company

• Set accounting standards, ensure consolidation of accounts and compliance to accounting standards

• Define the enterprise wide risk policies (strategic, financial, operational & compliance) and ensure compliance

• Manage statutory and internal audit for the organization and ensure all observations provided by the auditors are complied with

• Audit financial management of business units & ensure replication of best practices across BUs

• Manage relationships with financial institutions & credit rating agencies.

• Act as interface to Investor community, ensure timely investor servicing and reporting of performance & growth

• Undertake tax planning for direct taxation and ensure compliance to applicable statutory norms

• Oversee compliance to indirect taxation statutory requirements and manage show cause notices received from regulatory authorities


Accountabilities:

• Overall business projections and Financial planning.

Experience: 20 to 25 years into Pipes Manufacturing.


Qualification: Chartered Accountant


Location: Kathua, Jammu & Kashmir
