Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Finance to join our leadership team in Surat, India. The VP of Finance will play a crucial role in shaping financial strategies, managing investor relations, and driving the financial health of the company as we prepare for our next phase of growth and funding.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities to support strategic decisions.
  • Manage relationships with investors, including fundraising initiatives, communications, and presentations.
  • Oversee the financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and legal regulations.
  • Collaborate with senior management to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a VP of Finance, Director of Finance, or similar leadership role in finance.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance, financial reporting, and performance management principles.
  • Experience in investor relations and equity financing.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CFA, or similar qualification preferred.
