Job Summary:


We are seeking a passionate Social Media Manager to oversee our social media strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and engagement strategies. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media plan to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and boost sales. Your role will also involve creating and curating content that aligns with our brand’s voice and values.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business objectives and target audience. Also you will have two bring in leads and increase quality followers.


  • Content Creation planning: Create engaging and high-quality content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok (Singapore), LinkedIn, YouTube shorts, etc, . This includes writing copy, planning and execution with other team members.


  • Community Management: Manage and engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and build relationships with influencers and customers.


  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics. Use insights to optimise strategies and improve engagement and reach.


  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions, giveaways, and collaborations. Coordinate with other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.


  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Implement innovative strategies to keep our brand at the forefront of social media.


  • Brand Voice and Messaging: Ensure all content and interactions reflect our brand’s voice, values, and aesthetic. Maintain consistency across all social media channels.


  • Competitor Analysis: Analyse competitor social media activities and industry trends to identify opportunities and threats.
