We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Illustrator & Graphic Designer with a strong conceptual design background and a minimum of 2 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Procreate, and must possess a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually compelling designs. This role requires flexibility to work across various locations in India as per the company's requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and create original graphic designs, illustrations, and visual concepts that align with the company's brand identity.


  • Collaborate with the Clients and Sales teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions.


  • Utilize Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Procreate to create and edit a wide range of digital assets, including but not limited to Spatial & Environmental Designing.


  • Ensure all designs are visually appealing, consistent, and adhere to the company's brand guidelines.


  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance visual communication and overall design aesthetics.


  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver work within tight deadlines.


  • Adapt designs based on feedback and ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.


  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and software updates to continually bring fresh ideas and perspectives to the team.


Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Illustrator and/or Graphic Designer.
  • Software Proficiency: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Procreate not limited to

  • Strong conceptual and creative thinking abilities.
  • Excellent visual design skills with an eye for typography, color, and layout.
  • Ability to create high-quality illustrations and digital artwork.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work in different locations across India as required by the company.
