Work Location: Bangalore


Minimum experience: Fresher or 1-2 years sales experience in B2B training sales


Work hours: 9.00 AM – 5.00 PM (IST) on weekdays (Monday – Friday)

Job brief: As Red Education grows globally and in India, we are looking for ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive – Technical Training - Sales, to help us expand our clientele in the Delhi/NCR region, based in our Bangalore office. You will be at the forefront of the company and have the expertise to build and apply effective sales strategies throughout the region. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through sales in the Delhi/NCR region, based in our Bangalore office, boosting training sales and forging strong relationships with clients.


Vacancy Details:

1 vacancy in Bangalore for Business Development Executive -Delhi/NCR region (English and Hindi speaking)


Responsibilities:-

· Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction in selling technical training services

· Lead regional sales growth by generating sales of technical training courses

· Managing training sales prospects with both existing and new customers, responsible for sales revenue of the region.

· Conduct research to identify new markets, new contacts and customer needs

· Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and lead your region’s sales calls

· Promote the training services to address clients’ objectives

· Prepare sales contracts/SOW ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

· Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

· Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

· Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

· Ownership of updating your customer interactions and tasks in our CRM. It is a critical requirement that you document all client conversations and responses.

· Using Outreach to drive lead generation activities


Requirements:-

· Fresher or proven working experience in Training Sales or related field

· Fresher or proven track record of selling training sales or related products and services in Delhi/NCR region

· Fresher or a minimum of 1-2 years related experience is required for this position.

· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce experience is preferred)

· Proficiency in English and Hindi must for this profile

· Communication, sales and negotiation skills including outstanding verbal and written communication skills and experience presenting to Directors and Senior Management Teams

· Ability to build rapport quickly, and have good time management and planning skills

· Should be based in Bangalore City.

· Willing to travel within the region or outside as per the need of the business.

· Strong problem-solving skills to identify critical issues, evaluate options and provide recommendations

· Ability to work within, and design, processes that lead to the development of innovative and commercially driven sales plans.

· Awareness of local channel structure, emerging trends, and competitor activities in the market with the ability to create and capitalize on opportunities


Education Qualifications:- Graduate, Technical Graduate, Post Graduate and/or Diploma
