Job purpose::

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to analyse, plan & develop scheduled projects. The primary function within this role is to execute fast-paced, high quality transfer projects & drive technical ideation of productivity projects working with R&D, Program Management, Supply Chain & Operations.


Roles & responsibilities::

  • Basic knowledge of BLDC/PMSM Motor, Controller, Battery, Charger, Sensors.
  • Coordinate end-to-end with cross-functional workstreams to ensure that project deliverables are met and maintain a strong understanding of interdependencies across project workstreams.
  • Accountable for resolving all technical challenges includes resolving product specification challenges, consulting with subject matter experts to guide suppliers, reverse engineering, driving design review workshops etc.
  • Responsible to ensure product requirements are fully defined to enhance quality, this would involve reverse engineering as needed.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans to be shared with customers as well as other stakeholders.
  • Managing the relationship and communication with customers and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
  • Strong communication skills and business acumen.
  • Be a good team player and an effective leader who can motivate their project team.
  • Hold regular team meetings to allocate tasks to the teammates.
