Job Description:

As a Principal Data Scientist, you will:

  • Build, deploy, and monitor cutting-edge DL and ML ranking search models, learning to rank algorithms, and multi-objective ranking boosting algorithms.

Desired Profile: We are seeking individuals who are:

  • Highly proficient in DL/ML ranking/re-ranking, with a strong foundation in math/statistics.
  • Experienced in training and deploying deep learning models for ranking/search systems.
  • Skilled in training tabular DL, sequential, GNN models, and in user, session, product/item representation learning.
  • Capable of complex SQL/python data analyses, error analyses, A/B metric evaluation, and bridging gaps between business and offline metrics.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, quarterly business impact-driven DS environment.


Qualifications:

  • BE/BTech from Tier 1 colleges (IITs/ IIIT/ NITs).
  • MS or Ph.D. in CS/ECE/AI/ML or equivalent fields.
  • 5-8 years of work experience in DS/AI/ML; at least 2+ years in e-commerce B2C.
