This is a vital role that helps us maintain exceptional standards of safety, accuracy, and clinical governance across our organisation.🔹 Position: Qualified Pharmacist – Medication Auditing & MAR Review 🔹 Location: India (remote/office-based options) 🔹 Type: Full-time 🔹 Experience: Minimum 1 year as a registered pharmacistAbout the RoleYou will play an important part in ensuring medication processes in our UK-based care homes remain safe, accurate, and fully compliant. This role is ideal for pharmacists with strong analytical skills and a meticulous approach to clinical documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and audit Medication Administration Records (MAR charts)Identify errors, discrepancies, or missed signatures and prepare clear reportsConduct detailed audits of medication processes and complianceProvide recommendations to improve safety, accuracy, and adherence to policiesSupport the clinical governance team with continuous improvementCommunicate findings in a clear, professional mannerMaintain accurate documentation and audit trails at all timesWhat We Are Looking ForCandidates should:Hold a B.Pharm or M.Pharm degreeBe registered with a recognised State Pharmacy CouncilHave excellent attention to detailUnderstand medication safety, documentation standards, and compliancePossess strong analytical and reporting skillsBe reliable, organised, and consistent in meeting deadlinesBe comfortable working within structured processes and protocolsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary packageTraining on UK medication systems and MAR chart processesA supportive, professional working environmentOpportunities for career growth within an expanding healthcare groupLong-term stability and progression
