Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Operation Executive to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the operational aspects of our events, ensuring seamless coordination and execution. You will work closely with our creative and project management teams to bring our clients' visions to life.


Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage, and oversee all aspects of event operations, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure all event requirements are met.
  • Monitor event budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Resolve any operational issues that arise during the planning and execution of events.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve our operations.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in event operations, with a proven track record of managing large-scale events.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Willingness to Travel PAN INDIA
  • Vendor Base in PAN INDIA
