Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute comprehensive Social media and Google Ads strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website.
  • Manage all aspects of Google Ads Campaigns, including search, display, remarketing, and performance max campaigns.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, ad copywriting, and bid management to optimize campaign performance.
  • Create compelling content for social media platforms, including posts, videos, and graphics.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with affiliate partners and advertising sites to enhance brand visibility and create collaboration opportunities.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Reddit Ads.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and customer feedback, and respond promptly to inquiries and comments.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing, and incorporate new strategies to enhance our online presence.
  • Work closely with the Catalogue team to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information, including titles, descriptions, and attributes.
  • Coordinate with the Design team to develop engaging creative assets for advertising campaigns and product listings, adhering to platform guidelines and best practices.
  • Analyze performance metrics and data trends, identify insights, and provide actionable recommendations for campaign optimization and strategic decision-making.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in Google Ads, social media management, and digital advertising, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads).
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools like Excel, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content tailored to different audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making and optimize campaigns.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Certification in social media marketing or digital advertising/Google Ads is a plus
  • Experience in managing advertising campaigns on Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, or Wayfair Seller Portal is a plus.
