Telecommunications Specialist

Job Title: Telecaller (UK Shift)

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Telecallers for our UK shift. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products or services, and generating leads or sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to engage with people over the phone.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers using a prepared script.
• Introduce our products or services to customers and answer any questions they may have.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries through phone calls or emails.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet daily and monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and appointments scheduled.
• Provide feedback and insights to improve the effectiveness of scripts and sales strategies.
• Handle customer objections and concerns professionally and effectively.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company goals.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Previous experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or sales is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Good listening skills and ability to understand customer needs.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
• Flexibility to work in UK shift timings.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
