About ONLYQONLYQ is building a next-generation, ultra-sleek, screenless health band integrating multi-modal sensing (ECG, PPG, IMU, BioZ, Temp) with advanced physiological AI.Our mission is to create “A Lab on Your Hand” — a beautifully engineered device that quietly understands your body and supports proactive health.ONLYQ is a self-funded initiative by the founders of Cymetree Projects LLP, a multi-vertical engineering group with strong experience across healthcare infrastructure, EPC, MEP, and advanced R&D programs.This foundation gives us the independence to innovate without external pressure, and the stability to build a long-term global product.As we expand our digital ecosystem for global markets — India, UAE, Singapore, US, and Europe — we are hiring a Full Stack Developer to build and scale the core cloud + app infrastructure behind ONLYQ. Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer who can architect, build, and maintain the complete app → cloud → insights pipeline for ONLYQ.You will work closely with firmware, AI/ML, biomedical, and mobile teams to create a seamless, secure, and scalable digital ecosystem that powers our global wearable intelligence platform.You will be a key member of the core founding team, owning major components of ONLYQ’s backend and contributing directly to its global launch roadmap.Key ResponsibilitiesBackend DevelopmentBuild secure, scalable APIs for the mobile app (iOS & Android)Develop data pipelines for ECG, PPG, IMU, HRV, and physiological metricsArchitect real-time and near-real-time processing systemsImplement user authentication (OAuth, JWT, AWS Cognito)Build microservices for AI, personalization, analytics, and dashboardsFrontend / WebBuild internal dashboards for R&D, QA, and algorithm monitoringAdmin tools for device management, telemetry, logs, and insightsOptional: Basic front-end support for landing pages / portalsDatabase & CloudArchitect relational + time-series databasesSet up AWS/GCP stack:S3, DynamoDB, RDSLambda, API GatewaySNS/SQS, CloudWatchOptimize storage for biosignals + summariesSecurity & ComplianceImplement encryption, secure storage, key managementMaintain HIPAA-like compliance readiness for global expansionManage OTA firmware update logs + secure device identityCollaborationWork closely with:Firmware team (BLE pipelines)ML/AI team (serving models, inference endpoints)Mobile app team (secure sync)Biosignal scientists (data access & annotation)Required Skills & ExperienceTechnical SkillsStrong experience with Node.js / Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask)Proficiency with React / Next.jsStrong command of:AWS / GCPREST APIs, WebSocketsMicroservicesExperience with:MongoDB / PostgreSQL / DynamoDBInfluxDB / TimescaleDB (big plus)Understanding of:Real-time data systemsData pipelines & time-series processingStorage optimization for sensor dataPreferred Skills (Bonus)Experience in health-tech / IoT / wearablesBLE-based data ingestionDeploying ML models to backend endpointsFamiliarity with ECG/PPG/IMU data formatsDevOps (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes)Security-first engineering (JWT, AES, TLS) QualificationsB.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in CS, IT, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or related3–5 years full-stack development experienceStrong GitHub/portfolio demonstrating backend + cloud workPrior startup, R&D, or high-ownership role preferred
