JD:
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyse complex banking data sets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop insightful reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key findings to stakeholders.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources for analysis and reporting purposes.
- Provide recommendations and actionable insights based on data analysis.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with business units and cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and support data-driven decision-making.
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless data integration and support data-related projects.
Data Governance:
- Develop and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to maintain data integrity and consistency.
- Establish data quality standards, data definitions, and data classification protocols.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Collaborate with regulatory teams to ensure data practices align with relevant requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, Basel III, etc.).
- Prepare and submit reports to regulatory authorities as per established timelines.
Pre-Requisites:
- 10+ Years of overall experience
- 8+ in data/business analyst
- In-depth knowledge of data governance principles, data management practices, and regulatory frameworks.
- 5+ years Banking/BFSI and regulatory reporting domain/data/platform background
- Strong data background with data mapping, data quality, data governance, data warehouse, data profiling experience
- Expertise in SQL(Solving advanced SQL queries)
- Good communication skill
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
