Communications Specialist

Our client is a Global leader in beverage industry and is looking for a internal and external communications specialist who can be the local contact for the International and Global communications teams and will be responsible for driving global internal communications

and CSR initiatives within India. Externally, support the International Communications team in building organization’s corporate brand in India, as well as enhancing the employee value proposition, while maintaining a keen eye on media trends, industry conversations and social media to support reputation management.


Key Responsibilities :-

Internal communications

• Produce and deliver regular written communication to India employees, and on global Viva Engage platform.

• Partner with leaders to produce quality PowerPoint decks and other Audio Visual content for events such as Town Halls.

• Lead organization of major employee events, including regular internal Town Halls, strategy updates, engagement events and annual offsite meeting.

• Lead the organization's internal CSR committee to drive CSR initiatives in India. Also, act as the key link with the International CSR and Communications teams regarding global CSR initiatives in India. Drive internal & external communication around same.

• Develop close links with International Communications team and build a network of contacts across the India organization to inform strategic communications planning.


External communications

• Support International communications with external corporate brand-building objectives, including media relations and supporting leaders with external engagement

• Enhance organization's brand social media presence in coordination with International Communications and marketing teams.

• Participate in industry association campaigns and be the voice of the organization at these forums.


NOTE :- This is a Contract based role for 1 year.
