We are looking for a talented and creative 3D Visualizer with strong modeling skills to join our dynamic team and help bring our architectural and interior design concepts to life.

Job Responsibilities:

  • 3D Visualization: Develop high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings for both interior and exterior projects, ensuring realistic lighting, textures, and overall aesthetics.
  • 3D Modeling: Create detailed 3D models from architectural drawings, sketches, and design briefs. This includes complex architectural elements, furnishings, and other interior/exterior components.
  • Rendering Production: Use industry-standard rendering engines (V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, etc.) to produce highly realistic images that align with the project's design intent.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with architects, interior designers, and other team members to fully understand design requirements and translate them into compelling visual outputs.
  • Conceptual Design Support: Assist in conceptualizing and presenting ideas through quick renders, sketches, and 3D mock-ups during design development stages.
  • Material & Texture Application: Accurately apply materials, textures, and lighting effects to models, creating a true-to-life representation of proposed designs.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple visualization projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality.
  • Revisions & Feedback: Incorporate feedback from designers, architects, and clients to refine models and renders, ensuring the final output meets project specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in 3D Modeling Software: Expertise in software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, or other relevant 3D modeling tools.
  • Rendering Expertise: Advanced knowledge of V-Ray, Corona, Blender, Lumion, or similar rendering software for producing photorealistic renders.
  • Interior & Exterior Rendering Skills: Proven experience in visualizing both interior and exterior architectural spaces with a strong focus on realism in terms of lighting, materials, and textures.
  • Architectural Knowledge: Understanding of architectural plans, detailing, and materials in residential and commercial projects.
  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in 3D modeling and rendering, with an ability to recreate realistic environments and textures.
  • Design Sensibility: Strong creative and aesthetic sense to interpret design concepts and translate them into high-quality visuals.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or other post-production software for render touch-ups and final presentation enhancements.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with designers, architects, and project managers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields.
  • 5-7 years of professional experience in 3D visualization and modeling.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in interior and exterior visualizations.
