About the Role We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our team and take ownership of building and refining our AI-powered SaaS product. You'll be responsible for developing a scalable web app, ensuring performance, and optimizing our development workflow. This role requires high autonomy, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to execution.

Who You Are You're a skilled developer who thrives in independent, execution-focused environments. You can build well-structured, functional web applications and work efficiently without micromanagement. You take ownership of features end-to-end, proactively fix issues, and collaborate asynchronously while ensuring high-quality output.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a full-stack web application using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
  • Design and optimize APIs, manage databases, and integrate third-party services.
  • Deploy and manage applications on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, MongoDB Atlas).
  • Follow best practices for security, performance, and maintainability.
  • Work collaboratively with the team, leveraging QA for testing and validation.
  • Set a structured work schedule with defined availability for communication.

Tech Stack

  • MERN Stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js
  • DevOps: AWS, CI/CD (Jenkins or Coolify on Hetzner or AWS EB)

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-stack development experience (full-time).
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, and API development.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS deployments and basic DevOps.
  • Ability to work independently and solve complex technical challenges.

Bonus Skills (Higher Pay Offered)

  • Experience with LangChain, OpenAI APIs, and AI-driven features.
  • Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, etc.).
  • LLM fine-tuning and AI model integration.
  • DevOps experience with Coolify on Hetzner.
  • Chrome Extension development.

Interview Process

  2. Project Showcase (30 mins): Demo a project you have built, explaining its architecture and code quality.
  3. Technical Assessment (1 hour): System design and coding challenge while using AI. We want to know how you leverage AI to build features.
  4. Final Discussion & Offer (30 mins)
