As a Foreman – Logistics, you’ll oversee site-based logistics activities, including labor supervision, materials handling, equipment use, and safe working practices. As a partner on the region’s most ambitious developments, we value innovation, operational excellence, and our people.About Your Team This role reports to the Logistics Coordinator and works closely with site operations, HSE, and support teams. The logistics department ensures daily activities are executed efficiently, safely, and in coordination with project demands.Your Role As a Foreman – Logistics, you will:Supervise labor and ensure safe, efficient use of tools, equipment, and PPEInterpret drawings and support Chargehands and Junior ForemenPlan daily activities and ensure timely availability of materials and resourcesMonitor site productivity and implement improvement measuresConduct quality checks and ensure corrective actions are takenCoordinate confined space and hazardous material activities safelyMaintain site records and enforce ALEC’s safety and environmental standardsMotivate your team and encourage collaboration and developmentWhat We’re Looking ForMinimum 5 years’ experience as a Chargehand in constructionCertified First AiderStrong communication and team leadership skillsWhat We Offer • The chance to contribute to some of the UAE’s most iconic projects • A collaborative, supportive environment that values innovation and excellence • Opportunities for professional growth and career progressionReady to take charge of site logistics and drive project success on the ground?
