Role Description

Creation of Fragrance Formulations

• Develop new and innovative fragrances for various products (perfumes, cosmetics, home care, etc.).
• KPIs:
• Number of successful fragrance formulations developed.
• Customer satisfaction ratings and feedback on new fragrances.

Product Development Collaboration

• Collaborate with the R&D, marketing, and production teams to ensure fragrance aligns with product goals.
• KPIs:
• Number of collaborative projects with internal teams.
• Timely delivery of fragrance samples for product launches.

Market Research and Trend Analysis

• Analyze fragrance trends and consumer preferences to stay competitive in the market.
• KPIs:
• Number of market research initiatives conducted.
• Introduction of fragrances based on current market trends.

Quality Control and Testing

• Ensure fragrance formulations meet quality and safety standards.
• KPIs:
• Percentage of fragrance formulas passing quality control tests.
• Compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., IFRA guidelines).

Cost Management and Efficiency

• Optimize raw material costs while maintaining fragrance quality.
• KPIs:
• Reduction in overall fragrance production cost.

Client Relations and Customization

• Collaborate with clients to create customized fragrance solutions and ensure satisfaction.
