Overview:
Protein World is seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team in Gurgaon. This role is crucial in shaping the user experience of our digital products, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing interface for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- User Research:Conduct user research, gather insights, and analyze user behavior to inform design decisions.
- UI/UX Design:Design and prototype intuitive user interfaces and engaging user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
- Collaboration:Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create user-centered designs.
- Wireframing & Prototyping:Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts.
- Usability Testing:Conduct usability testing to refine and enhance the user experience.
- Design Systems:Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency across all digital products.
- Project Management:Lead design projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-Experience:5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in e-commerce or consumer-facing platforms.
- Technical Skills:Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools like InVision.
- Portfolio:Strong portfolio showcasing your UX/UI design skills, including case studies with clear project goals, process, and outcomes.
- Soft Skills:Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
