Education – Masters in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


Location: Mumbai

Reports to: Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)


Role Overview:

The Head of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for leading the talent acquisition function across all verticals within the organization. This role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of HR automation, organizational integration, and HR strategy. The ideal candidate will drive innovation in talent acquisition processes, ensure alignment with the company's broader HR strategy, and contribute to the overall success of the organization by attracting top talent.


Key Responsibilities:


Leadership & Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the organization's overall HR and business objectives.


Organizational Integration:

  • Play a key role in the integration of new businesses, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment of talent acquisition practices with organizational goals.
  • Work closely with HR and other departments to support mergers, acquisitions, and other integration activities, with a focus on talent retention and cultural alignment.


Talent Acquisition Operations:

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Implement HR automation tools and technologies to streamline the recruitment process, enhance candidate experience, and improve efficiency.


HR Strategy & Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the HR leadership team to ensure talent acquisition strategies are aligned with broader HR initiatives, such as employer branding, diversity & inclusion, and workforce planning.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on talent acquisition matters, providing insights and recommendations to drive business success.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and technology vendors, to enhance the talent acquisition function.
