Gabeo.ai, a fast-growing healthcare tech startup, is seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer with hands-on experience in building AI models for revenue cycle management and medical claims in the US healthcare sector. Role Overview:

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will develop, train, and implement AI models specifically for healthcare revenue cycle management. This role will require end-to-end involvement, from building MVPs to optimizing production models, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives and customer needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI models focused on denial management to improve claim overturn rates.
  • Develop and fine-tune machine learning models, including Large Language Models (LLMs), for the healthcare sector.
  • Oversee the AI product lifecycle, from MVP development to production deployment, ensuring it meets business and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and product managers, to refine our AI strategy.
  • Monitor and optimize model performance, iterating as necessary to meet key metrics.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in deploying AI solutions, specifically in healthcare revenue cycle management and medical claims.
  • Hands-on experience with machine learning models, including LLMs, and a deep understanding of AI methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience in healthcare technology or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is essential.
