Affiliate Manager

We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Affiliate Manager and contribute to the growth of our affiliate program. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, pitching, and establishing new partnerships ultimately helping our products and services reach new users and audiences. Manage setup for new affiliates and oversee ad operations for existing ones, ensuring smooth affiliate campaign execution and scaling.This is a full-time position with ease of WFH and you will be reporting to the Business Head
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new affiliates by prospecting, negotiating, and communicating with potential affiliates.
- Create strategies for sourcing new leads to ensure a constant flow of potential affiliate leads
- Work with the leadership team to develop an outreach strategy, and then manage the outreach process via multiple channels with a focus on setting up introductions for the affiliate management and ad operations teams.
- Work with the affiliate operations team to ensure your affiliates receive essential assets, such as creative packages, links, and reporting, to get set up and launch our marketing campaigns.
- Communicate your progress to seniors /Leaders via regular updates, meetings, reports and presentations.
- Run the day-to-day ad operations processes, including tracking links creation, conversion tracking, reporting, offer Creation, stats reporting, and any requests from our internal teams or affiliates.
- Maintain existing business
- Think critically when planning to assure project success
The Ideal Candidate:
- Is comfortable working in the US time zone.
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on negotiations and closing deals.
- Has strong computer skills and proficiency in Google Docs (spreadsheets, documents, and presentations).
- Has a growth and learning mindset with an emphasis on ownership - you’re a self-starter and a quick learner.
- Can work in a team environment across hierarchy and functions to meet assigned goals.
- Loves working in a fast-paced rapidly evolving start-up environment - with a focus on problem-solving and new challenges.
- Is comfortable managing multiple projects - strong project management skills and organization.
- Candidate should have a strong LinkedIn profile and know how to use LinkedIn effectively
Education & Experience:
- 2+ years of experience as an account manager or business development associate either with the publisher, agency or network, ideally in affiliate ad operations.
- Knowledge of and experience working with global affiliate networks
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Basics of Digital Marketing and Affiliate Marketing & Lead generation.
