Job Summary: 

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer / Senior AI Engineer with deep expertise in Computer Vision and strong knowledge of data science and analytics. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in software development best practices, cloud-based architectures, and a deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying high-performance AI models, optimizing pipelines, and ensuring scalability for real-world applications. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

1. AI Model Development & Optimization 

  • Design, develop, and optimize advanced computer vision models for object detection, segmentation, and classification. 
  • Build and fine-tune  AI models for large-scale analytics, predictive modeling, and decision intelligence. 
  • Work with state-of-the-art deep learning architectures (e.g., CNNs, ViTs, GANs, and multi-modal models). 
  • Implement techniques such as transfer learning, domain adaptation, and self-supervised learning. 

2. Data Science & Analytics 

  • Develop data pipelines to process, transform, and analyze large-scale structured and unstructured datasets. 
  • Apply statistical methods, machine learning, and feature engineering to derive insights from complex datasets. 
  • Work on time-series forecasting, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics. 
  • Collaborate with data engineers to optimize storage and retrieval of high-dimensional data. 

3. Scalable AI & Distributed Computing 

  • Design and deploy scalable AI models using distributed computing frameworks such as Ray, Spark, or Dask. 
  • Implement parallel processing techniques to handle large-scale data efficiently. 

4. Software Engineering & Development 

  • Write production-grade Python code with best practices for modularity, performance, and maintainability. 
  • Ensure code quality with unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines. 
  • Develop and deploy AI models as microservices using Docker and Kubernetes. 
  • Work with version control systems such as Git/GitHub/GitLab. 

5. Research & Innovation 

  • Stay updated with cutting-edge research in AI, deep learning, and computer vision. 
  • Evaluate new algorithms and techniques to improve existing AI models. 

6. Team Collaboration & Mentorship 

  • Work cross-functionally with product teams, software engineers, and data scientists to build AI-driven solutions. 
  • Mentor junior AI engineers and conduct internal training sessions. 
  • Contribute to technical documentation, AI ethics, and best practices. 

 

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field. 
  • Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, computer vision, and data science. 
  • Programming: Strong proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, OpenCV, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX). 
  • Computer Vision Expertise: Experience with image processing, object detection, segmentation, video analytics. 
  • Data Science & Analytics: Strong grasp of statistics, data visualization, and machine learning techniques. 
  • Cloud & Deployment: Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure for deploying scalable AI solutions. 
  • Distributed AI & Big Data: Experience with Ray, Apache Spark, Dask, or other distributed frameworks. 
  • Software Engineering: Strong foundation in Git, Docker, Kubernetes, API development. 
  • Mathematics: Strong understanding of linear algebra, probability, optimization, and deep learning. 

 

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): 

  • NLP Experience: Familiarity with transformer models, LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, T5). 
  • Multi-Modal AI: Knowledge of models that combine text, vision, and structured data. 
  • Edge AI & Embedded Systems: Experience optimizing AI models for Jetson, Raspberry Pi, or mobile devices. 
  • MLOps: Experience with model monitoring, retraining pipelines, and feature stores. 
  • Working knowledge in C & C++
