Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle AI Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead and drive AI-powered innovations within Oracle technologies. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of expertise in Oracle AI solutions, cloud-based AI deployments, and enterprise-scale AI architecture. This role requires deep technical proficiency, strategic thinking, and leadership in integrating AI-driven solutions within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and related ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • AI Strategy & Implementation: Develop and implement AI/ML strategies leveraging Oracle AI services, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Oracle Cloud AI Solutions: Architect, design, and optimize AI solutions using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle AI services, and Autonomous Database AI capabilities.
  • Data & AI Governance: Establish best practices for AI-driven data management, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and Oracle's governance frameworks.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide subject matter expertise on AI/ML model development, training, deployment, and monitoring within Oracle environments.
  • Integration & Automation: Lead AI-driven automation initiatives, integrating AI/ML models with Oracle ERP, Oracle Fusion, and other enterprise applications.
  • Consultation & Advisory: Act as a key advisor to internal teams and clients on AI best practices, Oracle AI product roadmaps, and emerging AI trends.
  • Performance Optimization: Enhance the scalability, efficiency, and performance of AI applications running on Oracle platforms.
  • Training & Mentorship: Mentor and train internal teams on Oracle AI capabilities, ensuring knowledge transfer and skill development.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and business analysts, to align AI initiatives with organizational goals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 15 years in Oracle technologies, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML solutions within Oracle ecosystems.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle AI services, Oracle Data Science, and Oracle Autonomous Database AI features.
  • AI & ML Skills: Hands-on experience with AI/ML model development, training, and deployment, particularly within Oracle platforms.
  • Programming & Tools: Proficiency in Python, SQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Oracle AI/ML frameworks.
  • Enterprise Systems: Deep understanding of Oracle ERP, Oracle Fusion Applications, and their AI-driven enhancements.
  • Cloud & Big Data: Expertise in cloud computing, big data analytics, and AI governance within Oracle environments.
  • Certifications: Oracle Cloud AI/ML-related certifications are highly preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI deployment.
  • Proven track record of AI-driven digital transformation projects in large enterprises.
  • Knowledge of AI regulatory compliance frameworks relevant to Oracle AI solutions.
