We are growing our India offering, and this is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference within a global organization.Roles & ResponsibilitiesExhibiting strong analytical and problem-solving skills, to deliver high quality solutions to clientsWorking closely with Front/Middle/Back Office, Operations and Finance business users and be responsible for gathering, documenting, and delivering requirements and use cases through to user acceptance and implementationPartnering with business users you will work as part of a diverse project team and be recognised as an Endur expert.Skill and QualificationsShould have a strong understanding of the energy/commodity trading business - Oil, Gas, Power, Commodities.Minimum 5 years' experience of Openlink Endur, including v14 upwards is essentialExperience in linear and non-linear instruments in a Commodity Trading environmentSelf-starter with a proven delivery track record in analysis, design and configurationStrong experience of physical and financial gas, power, emissions and coal trading, valuation and PnL.Exposure to and understanding of the full trade lifecycle allied with strong knowledge of the system business processesUnderstanding of several commodity/asset classes and implementation across multiple Openlink clientsWorking knowledge of more technical aspects of Endur such as Open JVS, Open Components, Report Builder, TPM is advantageous.Understanding of software implementation and testing principlesAbility to adapt to changing working environments and practicesStrong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detailAbility to self-motivate, work without supervision and prioritise workload under pressureProfessional AttributesMust have good communication skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detailed oriented environment.Work independently or in a team, to design, test, document programs of high complexity.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, Provide optimal business system solutions from both a business and an IT perspective.Benefits:For the ideal candidate we offer:A permanent job contract.Competitive compensation package and allowances for shifts as per industry standard24 days’ vacation plus public holidays and sick leavesTraining and DevelopmentA collaborative team environment.Flexible working arrangements- Remote working opportunity.Regular social events.Family Medical Insurance (Self, Spouse & 2 Kids)Team Building Activity yearly.
