Key Responsibilities:


  • Possess deep expertise in payments domain, different payment file types, orchestration of payments, Swift, New payment system, Realtime payment system, Diversity of knowledge.


  • Foster open communication between business and technology stakeholders to ensure successful solution implementation.


  • Analyse Payments requirements and translate them into clear and precise functional and technical specifications.



  • Collaborate with IT teams to design and architect and give the give the best solutions based on latest technologies and industry best practices.


  • Match client needs with existing solutions or advocate for development of new solutions to address market gaps.


Mandatory Requirement:


  • 13-18 years of extensive experience in the payments domain, including sound knowledge of various payments systems and products.


  • Hands-on experience with implementation of payments systems in Banks / Financial Institutions


  • Sound understanding of real-time payments systems with a focus on North American markets.


  • Strong understanding of payments standards such as ISO 20022


  • Experience working with leading 3rd party payments products is a plus.


  • Domain: Having a good understanding of one or more Financial Services domains (Treasury & Capital Markets, Commercial & Corporate Banking, Brokerage, Wealth & Asset Management, Personal & Business Banking, etc.) is a huge plus.


  • Proven track record of successfully translating business requirements into technical solutions.


  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.


  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.


  • Passion for knowledge sharing and a genuine desire to educate others.
