  • Proven Experience of 2-3 years in administrative management, with a track record of successful team leadership
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applicants
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards pertaining to administrative operations.

  • Bachelors/ Master’s Degree in Technology.(Civil)


Essential/ Key Responsibilities


  • Cost Analyst:

This involves analyzing and estimating the costs associated with various components of a project. It includes evaluating expenses related to civil construction

  • BOM Preparation (Bill of Materials):

Creating a comprehensive list of all the materials, components, and parts required for a project. This list serves as a guide for procurement and helps in estimating costs accurately. It ensures that all necessary items are accounted for and included in the project plan.

  • Cost Estimation:

Work closely with finance and project teams to estimate the cost of delivering the goods or services specified in the tender.

  • Standard Price List Creation Civil Construction:

Developing a standardized list of prices for Civil Construction. This involves considering market prices, sub -contractors negotiations, and any discounts or bulk pricing agreements. A standard price list helps in budgeting, procurement, and maintaining consistency in cost estimates.

  • Client Tender Requirement Understanding:

Involves thoroughly understanding the requirements outlined in client tenders or project proposals. This includes technical specifications, budget constraints, and any other criteria set by the client. This understanding is crucial for developing accurate cost estimates and ensuring that the project aligns with the client's expectation


Operational Duties


  • Documentation and Record-keeping:

Managing and organizing documents, records, and files. Ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and easy retrieval of information

  • Sub-Contractors Management:

Interfacing with Sub-Contractors for administrative needs like office supplies, services, and equipment.

  • Reporting: Preparing reports on Tender activities, expenses, or other relevant metrics for higher management.
  • Workflow Optimization:

Streamlining administrative processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions.

  • Coordination: Collaborate with different departments to gather necessary information and documentation for tender submissions.
